David sees the Institute as having a leading hand in ensuring that Patent Attorneys take the good training and his experiences with the education system of Patent Attorneys would be invaluable. Further, David would also be capable to contribute given his international experience through Lippi. Each explicit area is the responsibility of a committee and each committee is convened by a member of Council. Richard also serves as a member of the Patents Legislation Committee. Adam Luxton has more than 12 years’ experience as a patent and trade marks attorney and is a partner at his firm.
