Mark has been busy in the manufacturing and construction industry for over 26 years. Ranging from substantial extensions and renovations to the construction of new homes, commercial buildings and retail fit outs. In 199 Mark started MVP Designs building a successful solid timber joinery business which quickly earned a reputation for the creation of tall end heirloom furniture and architectural products to both the domestic and commercial sector. From unpretentious beginnings in Mark’s workshop at the back of his parent’s home, MVP Designs quickly expanded to purpose built premises including a retail showroom. Soon after, further expansion was necessary with the addition of factory warehouse facility in Campbell field. With the architectural aspect of the business growing, and an increasing number of clients requesting dwelling design and construction, Mark obtained full domestic builder registration and MVP Design was renamed to Cube Building Services. Valerie Varasdi joined the business in premature 2004, bringing with her 18 years of experience in real estate and commercial property management with responsibility for meaningful asset holdings for blue chip multinational companies. Valerie’s addition to the business provides Cube Building Services and our client’s comprehensive and clear project management services for their project. From our premature beginnings to today, a core principal of our business has been to work closely with our clients to apprehend and transform their wishes and ideas into reality.
